I have been holding laughing yoga sessions for just over a year, for various organisations, as part of wellbeing programmes.

It is a fun way to laugh and take yourself less seriously. A typical session involves various movements, improv and breathing techniques to help participants be more present and reduce their daily stresses.

The physical and mental health benefits of laughter, deliberate or real, are manyfold and almost anyone can take part!
