As a Personal Trainer and Kickboxing coach in the UK Laura will introduce a kick-boxing / self-defence workshop for beginners. This will be fun and beneficial for participants in many ways, including learning some simple but effective self defence techniques to take away from the sessions.
Come to one or all of the workshops. No experience required and all levels of fitness welcome. This will be a safe, friendly and welcoming space for all.

Sports and keeping fit have been a constant in my life, where I have taken part or competed in several different activities including tennis, horse riding, boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai.
My approach is to make exercise and training fun but challenging, tailored specifically to your current personal fitness level and your development goals.
