Start your day with a soft Yin Yoga class.

This is a class for everyone. We will focus on breathing and some easy
“Asanas” that help you to open the hips and stretch the spine.

We use the pose to get into our body, a nice wake up.

There will be some mats that you can borrow but please bring your own if you have.

The class is FREE for wristband holders.
