Silja Helinä is a tantra teacher, mental coach and a midwife based in Finland. Drawing from 20+ years experience on her spiritual path and 7 years of Tantra, she creates transformative experiences for individuals and couples, especially within the LGBTQ+ community.

Her work is rooted in promoting equality, inclusion, and sustainability, providing safer spaces for people to explore their bodies, boundaries, and relationships.
