This workshop, led by Dr. Rebecca, will cover critical techniques for Basic Life Support (BLS), including how to assist in cardiac arrest and choking incidents. A key component will be hands-on training with our village’s Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) machine, which is located outside Sappho Travel.

Through a combination of demonstration and practical, hands-on sessions, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to act decisively when it matters most.

The workshop will be delivered in both Greek and English, ensuring all participants can fully engage and learn.

Dr Rebecca Williams is a senior anaesthetist, with specialist training in Trauma Medicine, currently working in a UK hospital. She has many years’ experience of delivering education and is lucky enough to now spend half her year in Skala Eressos.
