Vintage Sapphic Poetry with Samantha
VINTAGE SAPPHIC
We will look at some of the sapphic world’s most beautiful and compelling poems, translated from Ancient Greek, French, Portuguese, Spanish, and any languages participants may bring to the table. Using English translations as our prompts, participants will try their hands at interpreting and reworking these sapphic classics in a setting that lights their creative spark. We will come away having begun our own vintage-style sapphic poems.
