Looking to enjoy your festival with a spiritual, mind, body and energy experience then this is for you.
Taking place on Saturday 14th September from 16.30pm – 6pm at the Town Hall, Karen Marshall will facilitate the following:
‘HOW TO LISTEN MORE LOUDLY TO YOUR BODY AND EMOTIONS’.
This session will focus on – Exercises listening more loudly to what our body is telling us – including meditation, mindfulness exercises.
All you need to bring is yourself and your towel!
