Whether you’re a seasoned player or you can barely dribble, everyone is welcome to join our friendly football match at the renovated Papanikolis pitch. If playing isn’t your thing, no worries – come along and support us from the sidelines!

We’ll form teams on the spot, or if you’ve already got a squad, feel free to bring your own team of 5. This is all about having a friendly and fun time together.

After the match, cool down with cold beers or soft drinks at Flamingos.

There’s a 5 euro donation to play, and all proceeds will go directly to the local Eressos Football Team Papanikolis for the upkeep of their ground.

How to join:

• Meet at Flamingos at 5:30 PM for arranged transport to the pitch.

• Or, head straight to the football ground if you prefer.

Kick-off is at 6:00 PM!

Directions to the pitch: As you leave Skala Eressos, travel approximately 2.5 km on the main road. The pitch is directly opposite the first garage (an ex-petrol station) – you can’t miss it!
