This is a class for every one. We will focus on breathing and some easy “Asanas” that help you to open the hips and stretch the spine. Bring a mat if you have and some loose, comfortable clothes. There will be some mats that you can borrow but please bring your own if you have.
This will take place on the shaded balcony of the Town Hall in Skala Eressos. FREE for wristband holders.
The times are the same for every session: 9.30am-10.20am. This allows time for women to also attend the Skala Women’s Rock Group which commences at 10.30am…what a wonderful way to start your day! Come and join us.
