Boxercise for Women – Introduction and Technique Class
THURSDAY 12th SEPTEMBER 6PM ON THE BEACH IN FRONT OF BUDDA BAR
Boxercise is a great way of keeping fit and having fun … and yep, releasing some steam if you want or need to. But it is not about hitting people. It is about learning the correct technique and knowing how to use and exercise your whole body. We will be pairing different boxing combinations with cardio exercises such as running, include exercises for abdominal and back strength and then finish the class with a set of stretches.
Boxercise for Women is a class catering for all ages, sizes and fitness levels. So, please don’t think you are too old or unfit to do it. Everyone is welcome!
Please bring water, a towel and a foam/yoga mat (if available) for the strength work / stretches.
Sabine is very passionate about health & wellbeing. She exercises regularly with gym workouts, Pilates, yoga and walking. She also practices meditation and 5Rhythm (conscious dancing). Sabine is particularly passionate about Boxercise as an effective exercise form for women. She is a certified Boxing for Fitness Instructor (Level 1 & Advance Instructor) and has been teaching in her community in Sydney for a number of years.
