Join us on the beach as the sun is setting for some basic self defence techniques that any woman can use. It’s simply an introduction to some basic self defence moves and it’s for everybody.
The goal is to learn how to disconnect our selves from standing attacks and be safe. We are going to use the strength of our body in a non-violent way and minimise harm in order to disconnect and take control of the situation.
