Insurance, Unlimited Mileage, Tax & One named Driver.

Sappho Travel Booking Terms & Conditions 2010
In order for us to proceed with a reservation of pre-bookable services through our agency we will require from you a confirmation of your travel dates, times of arrival and any other requirements you may have which are needed for us to successfully make any bookings on behalf of you.
You should provide us with this information using the booking forms provided to you online, or by sending us an e-mail or fax with clear instructions. We will reply to you with our confirmation of accommodation bookings, car hire, tour availability, taxi transfers and/or other services which you wish to book with us.
Once you have agreed with all the information we have sent to you, you will receive via e-mail a detailed invoice showing you the total costs of the services booked with our agency. You will also receive payment details and our full booking terms and conditions via separate e-mail.
