Three women's bars in Skala Eressos will host the Eressos "Eight Ball" Pool Competition; Mylos Bar, The Tenth Muse Bar and Aqua Bar. The competition will be held every day, and winners announced every 3 days !
There is a competition for single players and for teams of 2 to 3 players. Make sure you sign up for this event and secure your place in this year's women only Pool Competition here in Skala Eressos !
How do you play "Eight Ball" Pool ?
It's very very simple. Pay your fee and take your place on the list of players to compete for the 'Skala Eressos Pool Champion Cup'
Eight ball features 15 balls one being the black eight ball, seven solids and seven stripes. The object is to sink all of your balls (either solid or stripes) in any of the six pockets before sinking the eight ball. A player may continue shooting until he misses a ball.
If a shot cannot be made, then it is to the players advantage to "hook" his opponant leaving the cue ball in a spot where a shot is difficult or impossible, thus regaining control of the game.
Killer Pool Competition
Imagine this. your name is on the board, your turn comes and you have just one shot, and one shot only to pot a ball, any ball. Pot a ball and stay alive, miss your shot and you loose a life. Three lives and you're out !... how long can you stay in ?
You can join the Killer Pool Competition every day for 1€, ALL proceeds from this competition will go to "EreSOS for Animals" a charity based in Skala Eressos helping animals in need of re-homing and treatments.
